We are a Christ-centered team working with some of the most marginalized people of Nicaragua.
We work with driven individuals to become followers of Jesus, compassionate community leaders, and self-sufficient through English proficiency and job skills.

We also provide meals, shelter, medical services, and recovery for sexual, physical, and abandoned abuse victims - most who are minors and homeless.
Nicaraguans Need Help
Nicaragua is one of the most poverty-stricken countries in the world, third only to Haiti and Honduras in the Western Hemisphere.
However, Nicaragua is going through exciting economic growth, and demand for workers is high. The issue is most young people are not receiving the necessary training and skills to meet the demands of employers.

We offer tuition assistance to eligible individuals who seek to improve their economic situation.
We work to improve people's job skills to significantly increase the odds of getting hired.
Having these skills result in salaries 3 to 4 times the average Nicaraguan household income of just $200 per month.
Meet Angel
In 2014, we enrolled Angel in an English academy as a test run for Ayuda Real. We dedicated $30 per month for 12 months, essentially drinking a little less coffee each month.
Angel's progress was unbelievable and he found employment almost immediately after becoming proficient in English.

You Can Make a Difference
Be a part of an individual's need by making ongoing monthly donations.
